Journaling Ritual.
Welcome to the 30-day journaling ritual.
I’m so excited to share this experience with you! I hope it brings a sense of clarity, focus, motivation, or anything else you are looking to experience as we close out the year.
Kicking off on 1st November 2024, phase 1 is about discovering yourself, your values and your goals. Phase 2 is about uncovering your blocks, limitations and shadows. Phase 3 is about closing the loop with reflections and resolutions. The intention is to understand yourself rather than push yourself – so take it one day at a time, writing as much or as little as you like each day.
